The company's real estate services offering were not well know outside of
the immediate Finger Lakes region. Prior advertising and marketing initiatives
were unorganized, inconsistent and did not represent the company well.
Solutions:
Reorganized and redesigned
marketing materials in the form of collateral kits which included complimentary,
yet stand-alone pieces. Components could also be translated into website
content and advertising initiatives. Developed a direct mail postcard.
