web-enabled, database software to collect, organize, and report problems. "e-Z
Tracker" defect tracking tools were developed. Developed the graphic design for branding and marketing.
Results: The
"e-Z Tracker" software tools reduced labor,
and provided more accurate, more efficient data
organization and reporting—even customer invoices were created. Field inspectors anywhere could collect, send,
and store manufacturing defects in a central database for easy, secure
access for clients and their corporate customers. The
turnaround
time for relaying accurate data went from weeks to hours!
